Whatever you do, please do not sell your Bloody Clinuvel shares!
It is for good reason this company is a potential takeover candidate. I sometimes spend my days casually reading company financials always searching for the next best thing before moving on to something else. And I have yet to find a company that has better overall financials, zero debt, combined with the tremendous potential for future earnings growth and the ability to change the world over the next several years. Just do the maths!
I know many people are flabbergasted by the seemingly low share price and the unprecedented disinformation campaign surrounding this stock. I assure you things are not nearly as cloudy and gray as they may appear. The only other financial asset I have seen that has ever garnered as much negativity and misinformation on public forums as Clinuvel is Bitcoin. And yet BTC is now up 7 million percent over a comparable time frame. Remember those people who claim to be investors yet inexplicably hate everything about this company, its management, CEO and directors almost always have ulterior motives. It is just simple logic. A rational and intelligent person does not hold a stock long-term and then go on forums every single day to tell everyone what a terrible investment it is. They would sell their shares and move on to something better. But they know there really is nothing better than Clinuvel.
Takeover Targets Often Face Massive Short Attacks and Experience Dramatic Share Price Declines
I have personally observed multiple examples over the years where well-known companies have faced takeover bids and their share prices have all curiously plunged BEFORE the takeover attempts. It is a very nasty business. At its root, I believe the big guys are trying to get a bigger share of this company, or to simply buy it outright before Clinuvel really catches on with the general public!
Here are a few examples:
1. Bear Stearns: Before our 'friends' JP Morgan Chase acquired Bear Stearns in 2008, there was significant short-selling activity that drove down Bear Stearns’ stock price. This created panic among investors and contributed to the rapid decline in the company’s market value, making it an easier target for acquisition.
2.Yahoo and Microsoft: In 2008, when Microsoft made a bid to acquire Yahoo, there was aggressive short-selling and negative rumors campaign that drove down Yahoo’s stock price. This created pressure on Yahoo’s management and shareholders, making the company more vulnerable to Microsoft’s takeover attempt.
3. Airgas and Air Products: In 2010, Air Products launched a hostile takeover bid for Airgas. During this period, there were significant efforts to drive down Airgas’ stock price through short-selling and spreading negative information. Despite these tactics, Airgas successfully defended against the takeover.
4. PeopleSoft and Oracle: Before Oracle’s hostile takeover of PeopleSoft, there were significant efforts to drive down PeopleSoft’s share price. Oracle made an initial offer at a premium, but the share price manipulation tactics created uncertainty and pressure on PeopleSoft’s board and shareholders.
The Summer of Clinuvel is Coming
It may seem counter-intuitive at first glance, but often the more valuable and desirable a company is, the more likely they are to be the victim of shorting, manipulation by stock bashers, and ultimately takeovers. The aggressive short selling and forum manipulation is designed to create a more favorable acquisition or entry price. The share buyback if and when it resumes will make everyone's shares worth slightly more as a total percentage. And the potential for market sensitive news over the next couple of years is unrivaled. By hodling your shares tightly, you can avoid falling victim to these manipulations and benefit from the company’s long-term potential. There has never been a time when I am more optimistic about this company. The case for Clinuvel is strong. The company is in better shape and holds even more promise than it did back in 2014 or 2019. Don't sell. Stay informed, stay patient, and recognize the true value of Clinuvel. Stick around and eventually enjoy what will be renowned by investors the world over as the Summer of Clinuvel. Most important of all, I also believe something as transformative in nature as Clinuvel should be owned by as many retail investors as possible. I guess I will leave things here for your kind consideration.
