The careful suppression of the SP in recent weeks followed by the brakes being released tends to support a bid. I've been toying with this scenario so not surprised by the rumours you speak about.
A substantial holder selling down shares in PRY this morning also suggests again PRY may be circling, the market just despises bids for juniors at the moment.
I have previously held PRY and like the business a lot, I would be very happy for a script and cash offer. But let's not get ahead of ourselves here. I am just enjoying these days of green!!!!
