That agm presentation not too encouraging, as still not clear how they will negotiate the debt amortisation hurdles this year. Based on the EBITDA forecast, it looks to me like they will need to come up with about $17m in amortisation payments - looking even less likely that this can be funded through sale of Cencorp shares.
Still some positive comments on Face ART contracts and margins, so it would be a pity if existing shareholders lose again.
