In short they decided to wait. Put him off and wait for him to perform. Sadly, as it has turned out he has not and based on his performance so far potential investors are now probably thinking he would have trouble cutting his own Birthday Cake. It would take him a week or two just to figure out what direction he should approach it from with the knife.

Luckily for them, they realized earlier on in the piece that many of the elaborate statements made by the BSR's Chairman as to the projects potential and his ability to make it all happen were in fact full of innuendo and based on half truths, especially as far as the plan of attack was concerned.

It would now appear to all and sundry that he really did not know how it was all going to go or the real capital required. This is evidence by the numerous statements and updates he has made to shareholders during the past 7 years compared to where BSR and the project is today. Just a lot of hot air and wind and time has proven it to be just that.

Particularly the time it took after finance was achieved to first production. They had to build a $100 million plant not a $12.2 million extension. It shows what can be achieved when you know what you are doing.
