No one person nor entity, should ever be allowed to hold you financially hostage! Unfortunately, though you holders own the company (in relative terms), you still effectively signed over your funds with the "expectation" that the person/s running the show will work in your best interests to bring to fruition the thing you've invested in! Accountability for those entrusted with your funds, with regards to this arrangement is an ambiguous term. In essence, there's little you can do without appropriate law persons in charge to go after the necessary facts & info. It's in a relatively dubious African location to boot! Would be much, much easier to tackle of course if it were in a similar political jurisdiction to us here....
