Its a shell, an empty company
In theory a shell company buys a company that wants to list on the asx with less headaches
The only risk here is that the company doesn't do anything and the asx shuts it down which is a legitimate risk
I bought into this shell because of the new management and their history with shell companies which is pretty damn good, above average for sure
People buy into shells for the risk reward which is also pretty damn good in my experience
