    According to substantial holder notices, Chinese and Chinese affiliated companies now own 46.3% of issued capital either directly of indirectly.

    The last sophisticated placement was split between Brownstone International Pty Ltd and Hangzhou Kings Industry Co Ltd.

    Brownstone International Pty Ltd would be related to the Brownstone Group, a private equity investment co. established by Chen Qiang in 2002. Chen Qiang is also an alternative director of International Base Metals Ltd (another substantial holder) and MD of both PT Group and West Minerals Pty Ltd. West Minerals have a direct interest in ZGM and an indirect interest via IBML.

    Hangzhou Kings Industry Co Ltd. is a company specializing in fluorspar mining and the fluoride chemistry industry.
