    One would start to discuss the thoughts that IDL has a growing presence in China that it could have an ideal synergy to a take over by a chinese company or govt back business as their safety standards are on the increase to grab hold of the I.P that is held and the knowledge and a profitable base i would be all over this if I was in their position.
