You make a good point, but the KJV is not alone in their errors and are probably closer to the Interlinear than most.
Quite a few areas of most standard Bibles, including the KJV, have been translated from a bias view point, the key one being a trinity which doesn't exist.
Once there is an error of ones translation, whether it be the bibles or the person reading it, they then interpret other verses with these set seeds doing the interpretation.
The power of set seeds (words, messages), has grossly been under estimated and this is not just limited to the Biblical area.
