    I think judgement might have more to do with the positive and negative aspects you have built into your life. If you are a moron who has never studied, never spent the time to educate yourself, never discovered kindness, love, self-sacrifice, then death and the afterlife is not going to make you knowledgable, or a desirable entity, or the things you overlooked in this life. You will be what you made of yourself.

    Likewise if you have a criminal way about you, I don't believe any negative aspects of a human can pass beyond death so people will be diminished by the state of their nature, or the state they failed to make of themselves.

    This is all speculation of course, but if you make your life little, so shall be your after-death, I imagine. The stain of ignorance is likely eternal.

    Then again will might just be nothingness and that's not a bad fallback position.
