"wouldn’t God have love for all his/her/its creations?"
God's Israel now (as we have moved onto the Spiritual times after Jesus) is any person of Jesus's. Jerusalem above is our mother. (those of Jesus's). Those of Jesus's are citizens of Israel.
So when we see the verse in the Bible that all Israel will be saved, it is those above here, Jews and Gentles, some of each, those that come to or through Jesus, the Door. Hence when we see that the Jews are partially blinded until the times of the Gentles is fulfilled, it would seem that that is really saying, all the Spiritual Israel will be fulfilled and saved at that time.
However, it would seem, many Christians have been hoodwinked into not thinking Spiritual times, but focusing on that bit of dirt in the M/East Israel and a 3rd Temple, which is Not a prophesy, despite many claiming it is.
