Watch and listen is what a person who is in the 4th dimensional reality should always do, rather than react in situation that does not resonate, or is a topic of discussion that should be avoided, or the other person reality is different to yours.
I always keep it simple, but being what I am comes with responsibility's under my souls contract to help guide others when they engage, or always walk away when you can feel the vibration drop.
