I Have held NUP shares since Aug 09, and paid a premium price....

    I Have held NUP shares since Aug 09, and paid a premium price. Then they were converted to CEN and the price has just plummeted. I am out of pocket big time if I do the RUM deal. What happens if I just hold my shares in the hope that they will increase in the future ? or can RUM force me to sell to them if they have majority of shares ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanking everyone in advance for any comments
