On reflection I believe my stated saving of $400k mentioned above falls well short of the mark.
I believe the joined RUM+CEN operation would save around $1M per year when one takes into account the present duplication of ASX listing fees, compliance costs and Director fees.
It's a no-brainer - I urge CEN shareholders to do the deal asap, as I would much rather see the company in competent hands and the $1M saving spent on the ground.
