Customers purchased 3300 ATM machines from ATM Solutions late 2006 before Direct Charging was fact at around $40K per machine. Assuming Customers has around 5200 machines now at a
conservative value of $60K per machine if someone was to take out Customers they have valuation of $312M less $33M debt ....
$279M. Current market cap is around $120M....so to get to $279M...factor of 2.3 on share price of 9 cents.......20 cents
Interesting that at the time the new share issue was a 20 cents. I think at the moment we are buying 20 cents shares for 9 cents.
