I took a steep discount from the in situ value (99%), this is certainly still a rough calculation, but it shows where we might be heading to if everything goes well.
t6he NPV is the main valuation method, but it is not easy to calculate based on the data avaialble. Once the mine is ready: Mines of similar size can be able to produce a lot of cash - some even triple digit miillions, per annum.
