I remember when IBG raised capital by issuing shares to Nyrstar @ $0.35.... that's the fair market value before funding IMHO. Perilya also sold its zinc assest around $0.35 to a giant Chinese miner. Since IBG is a much bigger assest / longer lifeline, after funding + Zn deficit story it should be valued way above $0.35. Proactive investor had it valued $1.4 few mths ago.

Currently Glencore is in another dispute with Vedanta over Nabimian Zinc mine. Glencore had the whole Perkoa Zn mine from Blackthorn, but this big giant wants more zinc mines. We can call it either greed or positve optimism.
