There might be temporary balance in life but it depends on the time scale you use, 40 years - yes, 100 billion years - no.
I believe the only real perfect balance is when things dont exist.... i.e. when we are dead.... its neat, tidy, clean and orderly.
I'm a big believer in we came about by chance and our real purpose is to non-exist.
