GZ - if god (the christian one) were so great, why did he (definitely a patriarchal god) create a world where many creatures have to EAT each other to survive. This includes everything in the food chain including humans, of course.
There is a huge amount of violence and cruelty involved in this process. But humans who think that they are made in their god's image, seem to over look this.
Did Jesus kill and eat animals? I know he said he was a shepherd but in the end shepherds use the meat,milk and wool of their flock. They don't do it for fun.
