Sorry to break the bad news mate but it won't happen.
Reason be that if they were to do that, they would have to go and look for a job elsewhere. And it isn't going to happen in the near future, especially when they are collecting some hefty fees doing what they are doing, and which you could easily write it on the back of a postage stamp.
