yeah its a bit rude with the CHM dispute going on and what many are believing to be not a good display of confience in MMX' defence.
MMX should have settled this ages ago...they probably would be $6 a share now but I'm not so sure CHM is too interested in settling out of court with it being so close now to ending before the judge goes off to make his decisions.
