Bear in mind that Dean made a non confidential standard reply which was probably made more than 5 months ago! and used frequently since then.
He ran out a long time ago of ammunition due to all delays.
On the other hand, the closer to the finish, his hands are tight, because its a public company.
Every day we are getting closer and am still convinced they are in serious talks, but their timeschedule and mine (ours) are more and more in conflict.
Moreover, they are doing a very lousy job to not update the shareholders and can imagine the standard text in next Q!
Both us, shareholders and the resource deserve more than this (ASAP)
