Long,,, good thoughtful post,, and I question, is it any wonder that finance instos are careful to lend considering publicity like gasland and seeing governments around the world(espec aus ) allowing their agendas to be influenced by shock jocks, vested interests from the top end of town and other professional protestors... I fear that socialism is well and truly on the rise ...IMO
