You are 100% correct. Very little cash backing and will need to do a cap. raising very soon.
But do not worry....major shareholder is Argonaut and have always looked after Jutt Holdings (VXR former name) and you are right again to speculate this SP is being tampered with to support this cap. raising.
I got stung big time by the former peanuts who ran this Co. (TS and AT are the goods now I think) and then stung again when they had to double the shares on issue with a cap. raising a 1c.
Al happening again to me right now with EXM!! Doh.
Anyway.....if I had a choice between EXM and VXR...it would be VXR....you'll do well here in time....regardless of shares on issue and the cap. raisings.
