    I don't know where you got your info re 8 cents. You say the 12 cent SPP buyers will get mighty mad if shares are sold to sophisticated investors at 8 cents. Hey what about those who paid 9 and 10 cents and thought it was a bargain.
    This is becoming like a Nigerian scam. You send money hoping to get a share of a fabulous fortune locked away and then get told there has been problems and more money needs to be sent to "finally" unlock the fortune and you send more money and it goes on and on. Sound familiar?
