Hey !J.E you sound like you are turning a tad positive you must be a holder LOL, from what i understand is they don't have production permits for the tailings yet so what are they using for collateral for the 10 mil or is it against the coal teniments, i just wish companies wouldn't put dates in ann'ts they never hold up not just CDB there's heaps , one would also think the if the ASX were on their toes they'd pick up their date/day stuff up and ask CDB wtf, never a dull moment
