    You sound like a bagholder Jim!!!

    If they pull this off it would be nothing short of a miracle....but market sentiments are highly stacked against them.

    JV or take-over is the only way they can do this, and I don't expect a bank to fund them on faith!

    The operational hiccups and difficulties are aspects that have not been been assessed fully and the project viability is just a theory at this point.

    Had a chuckle looking at PDY Ann today :)
