try this baby.........read yesterdays announcement.......deal with Pivot its biggest shareholders into the qld and WA markets.........commercial buildings with 10 year and 15 year leases in place............bargain priced atm
it went from 06 to .30 past year, after they got rid of the old mis managers.....
just slow and steady price rises, u can almost bank on it, dont go in if u want an announcement every 2 nd day, but if u want good long term growth............made a fortune with land in WA, and its still going strong
2 new projects are 1 health centre for symbion health.....and the 2 is a childcare centre in wa, with a 15 year lease..........
if u follow my posts u will know about inl and idl, got into both of them a very low prices,,,,,,,,,now roughly .25 and .34....,,have been in axi since about .02
and top up every few months
