why couldnt we do both?
surely the purchase of shares by the company could be held in escrow and by taken them out of the market would increase the sp...then if capital is required( we hope not). release these shares back into the market for capital raising.
this could be say 10%-20% of capital every year.
this should help to protect the company of a T/o by not having cash sitting there for the raider to use for the t/o.
remember we have a lot of ground to explore and then mine.there is only a certain amount of rigs you need or why not another plant for processing
the shareholders who have been faithful by buying into the capital raisings should be rewarded.
