If anything happens it will be a buyback not a consolidation - a HC poster (I forget who) asked the question and that was the reply. If and when it happens, who knows?
I personally would rather they concentrated on running the biz. There was a long discussion on this thread about it months ago and the SP has more than doubled since then, so the proof is in the pudding. And IMO, with or without a buyback, it will double in value again before too long on fundamentals.
