Just judging from the daily chart pattern and volumes, I suspect Patto's would probably not sell for anything less than a 10-20% gain, and I can see evidence of selling down on Jan 9th, Jan 30th and maybe some on Jan 11th and yesterday. Enough for maybe 20M of their underwritten volume, so still about 40M to go. NWE's trading history indicates it can easily trade 20-40M per day on significant news, so Patto's volume (or soph investors if they have already offloaded offmarket) could be readily absorbed on news of an approval and/or fraccing date.
