I like you hope this goes up and think the upside potential is massive, as for the options being purchased if the directors have absolute confidence why would they not purchase direct shares which are trading at a discount to the options? Why would they want to pay the premium?
It could be a range of factors notwithstanding their own cash flow positions, tax purposes, risk minimisation etc who knows. But I'd prefer seeing them load up on shares today!
