From ASIC extract on 22/2/2009 RP had 312 shares issued.

On 9/2/2009 New Issue application by MVH for 87.5% of RP.
87.5% of 312 shares = 273 Shares to MVH.
Also attached to The New Share Issue application was The Top 20 shareholders after acquisition.
Refer to H20 Pure (50RP shares)( DH 20 RP Shares).
For each share they held in RP shares they received 62,500 MVH shares.
Therefore 273 RP shares should = 17,062,500 MVH shares.

Something does not compute.
