Resourced - I think you have every right to be concerned, but it's less to do with the IP transfer. As I understand, the new Board considers that they have ownership of whatever IP exists with or without Frank's blessing. Hence dealing direct with Alcoa etc. The time for a bid would typically be after the Board becomes comfortable with the turnaround but before the market catches on. But who is it going to come from? Could be Bethesa. But could also be from within eg Brazil himself or Alcoa. At these prices, it won't cost that much. All just IMO of course
