cgt2009 makes good points.
Should never just discredit "non-holders" - they provide the balance that all should always consider. No matter how far fetched anyone assumes their claims or position may sound it is coming from somewhere without a vested interest unlike 99% of the rest of the forum. As those with a vested interest only ever want to see the positives come to light it closes the window - you always have to atleast consider all alternatives. There's a long list of companies throughout history that have been picked apart by "non-holders" seeing the faults while the majority where in love and denial. Not implying PRR is not on a successful path it's really just a comment re attacking or discrediting non-holders - they always have something to offer.
