With current U308 sentiment where it is. The fact Karoo is a South African asset & hard rock as opposed to ISR, I'm wondering would we better off to off load Karoo now, before we have to come up with $45 million?
It's a bit optimistic to believe the PENOC's are likely to be exercised, so capital has to come from somewhere, and dilution seems to be the only option to fund the remainder of this acquisition.
So if I was Gus, would I be better off letting Karoo go, conserving $45 million, and then using the $45 million to get Lance producing at a higher level sooner, assuming we can get further off take agreements?
Not championing any cause, just wondering?
What would you do if you were Gus?
Just looking for the pro's & con's.
