Yes, I agree with that, molonski.
Why did they get rid of Rudd in the first place? Because he'd lost his way, according to them, but also because supporters and the people generally had had a gutful of him, that's the truth. Now they've replaced him with such a mess that they've had to call him back. They won't get any votes out of it once the reality sinks in.
Of course, Rudd himself now hates Julia and those who plotted to bring him down, which is why his attempts to show humility, or whatever it is, is fooling no one but those who want to be fooled. The only reason that he is swallowing his pride is that HE wants the Foreign Minister's job in the next(?) Labor government and this is the only hope he has to get it.
No, it's all a sham, and it shows.
