That is plain depth manipulation. And no shares were sold so no shares to cover. We are retail investors. We are always going to get pushed around. Everyone on HC cries about it. Yeah it sucks don't get me wrong, but 99% of the stuff that goes on isn't illegal. It is just the big boys using the weapons they have at their disposal that we don't.
If you could program and had a fast enough connection that you were confident you wouldn't get hit what is to stop you going and placing a buy order 1 or 2 pips before the ask and building it to 3m shares to force people to buy upwards?
