    This is not a retail volume and those interested surly want to take this to a dollar plus sooner rather than later.

    It's trader volume. 25mill shares issued to public, today's volume is almost 27mill. Not hard to work out. $1 is not the target, 60c is the target. VWAP stays like this for 10 days and directors get a 20mill share payout.
