Judging by the words of the announcement, i am assuming its not a SPP, or even a placement as I think it would have needed to be written with those words in it. To me it could be JV Partner stumping up money....
Anyone else think the same...or do others think its a cap raising which will punish the price?
do we think its some form of capital raising?
