Are you basing your "every other company" statement on my previous posts, because those posts were made as over-zealous specualtion rather than concrete evidence.
I checked only a small percentage of ASX companies.
Yes, I wouldn't be overjoyed if a "significant event" was only a SPP, but it's hardly misleading as for one, it is part of a trading halt, so it can not effect SP, two, as I stated in an earlier post, there are no ASX guidelines that I am aware stipulating they must use specific words, and three, the event is related to "funding" so when you think about it, it was always going to pertain to a form of funding.

If my posts on this have an effect of creating angst amongst some poshters, I apologize. They were only intended as speculative discussion.
