Are your issued shares available to sell on market yet? Just wondering whether the overhang has started yet.
Personally not sure why the company hasn't offered an SPP to reward it's long holding shareholders. Instaed they get to experience the price dump.
I am wondering whether a partnership deal was close to success because they left the share issue very very late, meaning they really had no option but to do a sophisticated issue (as SPPs or rights issues take longer to organise).
