    question is why is Owen Heggarty freeing himself from the postion of ceo of new company for? From his comments he wants to aggressively pursue more nickle for the merged entity and has a lot of good things to say about asian region. Mabey he prefers to be more involved with that side of the business in the future?

    Nothing wrong with MM in my opinion as ceo of new company but DO NOT LOSE OWEN HEGGARTY AT ANY COST!!!
