certainly getting low enough to look at it but gee, as a past consumer in country nsw I have cut all ties with em because they have frustrated me so much -

As a company I absolutley hate them!!!!!!! as a provider - and will NEVER ever ever do business with them again. Only depressing thing is atm they own the "lines" and thats why I wait days and days to get mine fixed after they become water logged after a heavy down pour. The sooner we go to full wireless phones the better.
