Agree with you in principle but its not an easy subject because you do need to consider generational wealth/education transfer in giving everyone the same chance to succeed in life
Is it the fault of the white rich kid who's parents get them into the best schools, buys them all brand new things? No Do they have an advantage over someone who was born into a poor family? Yes Can the rich and poor both be "d*ickheads"? yes Can both the rich and poor be amazing people? "Yes"
IMO Its why the "BLM" and "defund the police" campaigns in the US are misdirected.
