    Very good decision in my opinion.
    To get just a $5M increase to their facility, they needed to offer capital at a 50% discount. The future is grim for OpenPay IMHO. So poorly managed and run to the floor.

    The only option for capital will be even more dilutive equity in my opinion and we are nearing D day.
