Don't worry, they'll raise equity.
Something like 30m shares at 50 cents per share. $15M is my guess. They'll need shareholder approval in my opinion and then the dilution spiral continues.
What choice do they have? They opted for $5M more in facilities at around 38 cents per share. The equity raising won't be much better in my opinion. It's capital management 101. You can't let the company go under. A company can't trade if they're insolvent. They had over $50M and it was meant to last over 2 years. I don't think it will even last 1 year.
