Probably, many of us working from home again after the second spike of Covid-19. In the first lockdown, I just used my home coach, sometimes a sofa and bed for my work, but now, I am thinking to set a home office because of several pains. In my opinion, such things like pain in left leg or pain in back and shoulder are happening due to bad posture.
If yes, then I found different articles and suggestions about the right working posture on the internet but do you think only expensive ergonomic office chairs, desk and lower back and shoulder support give relief from it? Or could be helpful to improve posture? Or some DIY home furniture could be effective to improve posture? I found these articles helpful, but do you think such postures could be achieved without investing in office furniture?

In short, I am willing to improve my posture, but I am not ready to invest in ergonomic or any expensive furniture like a desk, chairs etc. for my home office. What are your suggestions in this regard? Do you think household furniture could be helpful? If yes, then share your ideas.
Secondly, is it possible to work on your Laptop while sitting on the bed without any posture issues?
