Good thread.

All that has been said is very relevant to my trading and investing.

To me trading and investing information is most useful when it causes you to keep evaluating and where neccesary change and modify your own trading "rules".

Often I pick up ideas from those who trade stocks and sectors in which I have no interest.

What I do get from HC ( this is the most useful forum of this type for my style of trading/investing) is a sense of what stocks might be worth looking at and often find those clues don't come from those who are regarded as specialist TA and FA posters.

I guess ,like you, in the end I trust no one but merely
get leads that I try to filter through my own "market system".
