The 31/07 ann had to be amended and perhaps not had to be even announced as it was very close to the 25/07 ann.
The Third Quarter Cashflow and Activities had to be amended on the 04/05.
The Luzon nightmare almost brought the company into v/a pre-rights issue.
Why would they announce gold samples on land that they do not even own pre-buying of the mining lease. More money out the window?

I'll tell you my opinion - a huge raising is highly possible at nasty prices and this period of ramping by the company has rewarded the issue holders, providing the time for them to exit IMHO.
2.5c options. LOL
